These terms govern your use of DopeMenu ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. The service is currently in early access and is provided as-is.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization or household, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, violate other people's rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add (recipes, plans, lists, etc.). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate the service for you and the household members you share with.
Early access and availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice during early access. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that data won't be lost; please keep your own copies of anything important.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
